Payment:
Online and phone purchases can be securely paid for via PayPal™, VISA, or Mastercard. Local residents that opt to pick up their purchases in person may pay with cash, credit card, or PayPal™ (please see "pickup" below). Email money transfers and cheques are also accepted, please contact me for details.
Rest assured your financial information is secure. Enchanted Forest adheres to PCI Compliance with secure collection and credit card processing services through Pivotal Payments. PayPal™ is also one of the safest ways to send money online, as PayPal™ payments are sent without sharing financial information - your credit card or bank account number. You can use PayPal™ to pay even if you don't have a PayPal™ account.
Shipping:
We now offer flat-rate shipping within Canada via Canada Post. This shipping option includes a tracking number and up to $100 of insurance. Canada Post will deliver your parcel within 2-9 business days, depending on your location. Are you in a hurry? Contact me for a quote on Expresspost Service.

We recycle packaging materials from our suppliers whenever possible to cut down on waste. Many handmade products are custom made to order and turn-around time is indicated on the product listing. We ship the same or next business day.
Pickup:
Local pickup of your purchase is available for Truro area residents, by appointment only. Please indicate local pickup at checkout, and shipping will not be charged. You may either pay via PayPal or credit card by the website, or pay by cash, PayPal, or credit card in person. Email money transfer and cheques are also accepted, but I will wait until these clear before shipping/releasing the order. Local pickup is not available for drop-ship items (as noted in product description), as these are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These products include Baby Kneez™, and Some Bare Organic Gift Baskets if not in stock.
Layaway:
Layaway is available on purchases $50 or more. After filling your cart proceed with checkout and enter coupon code “layaway”, this will update your total to reflect a 25% deposit. The remainder of your total will be charged in 25% increments to the same PayPal account every 2 weeks until it is completely paid. Once paid in full, your order will ship. There will be a 10% restocking fee if you decide to cancel your order, the rest will be refunded via PayPal.
Returns & Exchanges:
Enchanted Forest will gladly accept returns and exchanges on un-washed, un-used items in original packaging! A full refund will be given within 21 days of purchase. After 21 days, the customer will receive the refund in store credit. Washed, used, clearance and custom items are non-returnable, nor are baby slings & carriers unless warranty tags are still attached. Enchanted Forest now has a consignment/gently used baby carrier program as an option for baby carrier returns if the warranty tags have been separated from the carrier. If you need to return something, please contact us before doing so. Unless we made a mistake with your order, you are responsible for return or exchange shipping charges. Enchanted Forest is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, so please consider insuring them or using delivery confirmation.
Defective Merchandise:
Manufactured defective products are usually exchanged or repaired by the product manufacturer. You may either contact the manufacturer directly or contact Enchanted Forest about an exchange or repair. Defective products must be returned in the same condition you received them in.
We, nor our manufacturers, are responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, misuse, normal fading or normal "wear and tear" of the product materials. In most cases, care instructions are shipped with the product, but if you need further guidance on how to properly care for your purchases, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help!
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates can be used towards any purchase. They have no cash value, and any un-used portion of a gift certificate can not be refunded.
Coupons:
Unless otherwise noted, coupons are single-use only. Coupons will automatically expire on the date noted. If no expiry date is listed on the coupon, it will never expire. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be combined with other coupons or special promotional offers.
Customer Rewards Store Credit: Customers earn 5% of their purchase subtotal (before taxes, and after dicounts) as store credit towards a future purchase. Customer Rewards store credit cannot be transferred between customer

We value the privacy of our customers! Personal information including email addresses, street address, phone numbers and order history will not be given or sold to any individual or company.
